What is our refund policy?

No refunds will be issued or registration transfers granted within 14 days of the start date of the retreat.

Once we submit our count of couples, the retreat center will charge us for that number regardless of the reason for cancelling.  Since the registration fee covers what the retreat center charges us, we are unable to make changes once we past that 14 day mark prior to the retreat starting.

If a couple needs to change their weekend date after we've past the 14 day mark prior to a weekend, they will be responsible for paying the registration fee in full.
